Gears of War 3: How to Unlock Vampire Mutator

In Gears of War 3 for the Xbox 360, you can unlock the Vampire mutator, which will cause you to only regenerate health when you damage enemies, but in turn will boost your experience gained by 10%.

To unlock the Vampire mutator, you need to earn 100 executioner ribbons by getting the most executions in a match.
