Guacamelee - Orbs Guide (Where and how to get them)

Guacamelee, an action platformer for PS3, PC, and Vita, features a variety of different collectible items. One of these items is known as Orbs, and the main character Juan can find these and use them to create the Luchador Mask. There a total of six orbs found in the game, received after the player goes through a special gate.  Read on to learn how to collect them all.

First Orb

The first orb is located in Juan’s house in the Agave Fields. Go to the very bottom level of the house and stand in the right corner. Transform into a chicken using Pollo Power. Use your power to switch dimensions and you should then be in the underground portion of your house. Go through the maze to find the orb gate.

Second Orb

This orb is located in the Caverna de Pollo.  You will need the Dashing Derpderp skill to get it. There will be deathmatches here in which the player has to get through ten arenas of enemies. Complete three deathmatches and the last one will reward you with the orb portal.

Third Orb

This orb is found in the Forest del Chivo area, and it requires the Goat Fly and Pollo techniques. There is a hill you need to go under by turning into a chicken. Pull the lever found here. Run out on the left side and go to the top of the hill. Grab the highest wall and go all the way to the left as fast as you can. You should hit a platform with spikes and fall down into a hole.  The orb gate is here.  

Fourth Orb

The Goat Fly ability is required for this orb as well. Go to the Tule Tree area and find a blue brick that was previously unbreakable. Grab the wall here and go up into the treetops. Now you will need to use platforming skills to navigate through the treetops to reach the orb gate.

Fifth Orb

The fifth orb is located in Sierra Morena and also requires the Goat Fly skill. Progress through the area until you reach a big gap and then a room with cacti. Using the fly ability, grab the wall on the left and align yourself with the opening on the right side. Launch yourself through the opening to land on a platform. Now you will need to run across disappearing platforms to reach the orb portal.

Sixth Orb

This last orb is a reward for defeating the final boss in The Great Temple.
