Marvel – Ultimate Alliance 2: Unlock Penance

There is only one way to unlock Penance in Marvel: Ultimate Alliance 2 for the PS3 and Xbox 360 that I have found so far.

You’ll unlock Penance when you beat him by the portal to the Negative Zone.
