Call of Duty – Black Ops: Tips to Complete Scavenger Pro Perk Challenges

Scavenger is a handy perk in Call of Duty: Black Ops for the PS3, Xbox 360, Wii, and PC that helps you resupply ammo and lethal grenades from enemies you kill. This is very advantageous when you’re on a killing rampage and begin to run out of ammo, because otherwise you’ll have to pick up the gun your enemy dropped, or rely on your secondary weapon.

Scavenger Pro adds the extra benefit of being able to resupply Tactical Grenades from enemies you kill as well, and also starting the match out with extra magazines for your gun.

Don’t forget that you need to purchase the Scavenger Pro perk upgrade after it’s unlocked for 3,000 COD points.

Here is the list of challenges for the Scavenger Pro perk, and some tips to help you complete them:

Grenade Kills – Get 5 Lethal Grenade kills with a resupplied grenade

This one will be fairly easy if you throw a lot of grenades. Make sure to get rid of your starting grenade quickly so your next grenade kill will be from a resupplied grenade.

Kill Count – Get 5 kills without dying 5 times

Fairly simple, just get 5 killstreaks of 5 or higher. If you’re having problems getting a killstreak of 5, try to camp a high traffic spot, or flag/domination spot, etc. Use motion sensors, and the Decoy tactical grenades to throw your enemies off and get the jump on them. Be patient, stay under cover, and you’ll get this one fairly easily.

Resupplies – Resupply 150 times while using Scavenger

This one will eventually work itself out, it will just take a decent chunk of time. You just have to make sure you walk over your enemy’s body after you kill them to resupply, which can be tough at times since it might expose you to enemy fire.
