In Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 for the PC, PS3, Wii, and Xbox 360, killstreaks are now called Strike Packages. The Strike Packages are quite different in this version of the game, since they have added multiple multiple Strike Packages to choose from depending on your play style.
You’ll notice that the Tactical Nuke is gone, but it has been replaced with something much better, something call the M.O.A.B. It’s still a 25 point killstreak reward, however it doesn’t end the match, and you must get it with your weapons alone, other strike packages don’t count toward it. It’s also hidden, and there are no unlockables whatsoever associated with it, so boosters won’t benefit from it. Check out my other guide for more information about the M.O.A.B and how it works.
The Assault Strike Package is similar to the regular killstreaks from Modern Warfare 2, in that your streaks reset when you die, and kills from Strike Packages count toward your streak.
