In Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning for the PC, PS3, and Xbox 360, there are a lot of ways to make some gold, but what are the best?
One of the best ways to make easy gold in Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning is by crafting gems using Sagecrafting and selling them to merchants.
Even at low skill level, you can make gems that are worth several thousand gold. For example, in the weapon gems section, you can mix a Cloudy Physical Shard with a Cloudy Magic Shard to make a Gem of Bloodthirst. This gem sells for a little over 3000 gold, or more with mercantile points.
I stick to cloudy recipes for making gold if I have them, since the higher versions of the gems don’t make enough to justify combing gems to make them.
If you throw a few points into Mercantile, you’ll make even more from this process.
