How to Change Your Appearance in Borderlands 2

So you’ve been picking up all of these skins and heads to customize your appearance in Borderlands 2, but you can’t figure out how to change your appearance.

No problem, that’s probably just because you’re looking in the menus, which is the wrong place.

First, make sure that you’re clicking on those skin and head items in your inventory so they get added to your available skin and head files.

What you want to look for is the Quick Change vending machine that has the male / female symbol on the front of it. You can find one right outside of the spawn point / fast travel box in Sanctuary. The minimap icon looks like the top half of a person.

When you access this machine, you can change your head, your skin, your name, and you can reset your skill tree as well.
