Crysis 3: How to Get the Arrow to the Knee Achievement / Trophy

In Crysis 3 for the PC, PS3, and Xbox 360, there is an achievement / trophy that is a throwback to Skyrim called “Arrow to the Knee.”

If you’ve never played Skyrim, then first I feel sorry for you, because that’s a great game.

If you have played Skyrim, then you know that just about every guard in the game can say the line “I used to be an adventurer like you, then I took an arrow to the knee.” It become an internet meme sensation.

Ok, so back to Crysis 3. To get the “Arrow to the Knee” achievement / trophy, you just need to hit someone in the knee without killing them.

In order to do that, you’ll want to make your draw weight as low as you can, and use normal arrows. Cloak up, aim at someone’s knee, and use a really low draw length. Hopefully you’ll hit them in the knee without killing them, unlock the achievement or trophy, then you can kill them if you like.
