Saints Row IV – Faster Hacking Guide

Saints Row IV features some new abilities that players may be unfamiliar with. One of these abilities is Hacking – Extra Time. This ability allows you to hack a store more quickly. Hacking stores gives you money, so it is important to hack as many as possible to put them under your control. Unlocking the Hacking – Extra Time ability makes it that much easier to hack stores and boost your income.  

Getting this skill requires you to complete certain missions. The missions you need to finish are for Keith David, as part of The Situation Recognizes quest line. You will start these missions after unlocking unlimited sprinting. Read on to learn how to get the useful hacking ability.

Clear out the Zin

At Burns Hill in Steelport, clear out all the aliens.

Upload the Virus

Go to Loren Square in Steelport and clear out four waves of enemies.  

Steal the Target Vehicle

Head to Henry Steel Mills in Steelport.  You must steal the Lockdown vehicle here and drive it to the drop off location in Loren Square.

Finish the Blazin’ Challenge

Go to Espina in Steelport.  You will need to finish a race here.  You will get bronze for having 0 seconds left, silver for having 15 seconds left, and gold for having 25 seconds left.

Talk to Keith

Go back to your ship and find Keith.  If you have successfully completed the above missions, he will reward you with Hacking – Extra Time.
