Grand Theft Auto V reintroduces the ability to purchase real estate. Properties can help you earn more money. Some of them also let you store vehicles like boats, cars, or airplanes. There are twenty-five properties total, and you’ll need to switch through Franklin, Michael, and Trevor to buy them all. You have to buy at least five properties to get 100% completion for the game. Most of the properties become available after you complete the mission "Friends Reunited". Use our guide to see what properties are available and where to find them!
You can purchase this bar with Michael or Franklin. It’s located up in North Chumash, off the Great Ocean Highway. It costs $600,000 and earns you $4,700 weekly.
This one is available after “The Merryweather Heist”. It can be found along the shore in between North Chumash and Paleto Bay. It costs $250,000, but you can earn $23,000 per every nuclear waste barrel you find after buying it. Purchasing this dock is the only way to get a submarine and find certain collectibles like nuclear waste and submarine parts.
This bar is in Paleto Bay and costs $80,000. It will earn you $920 a week.
This airplane hangar is in Grapeseed, and you can only purchase it as Trevor. It costs $150,000 to purchase. You earn money every time you get a shipment - $5,000 for a ground shipment and $7,000 for an air shipment. To do shipment missions, get in the plane or buggy at the hangar.
This is the auto shop located on Route 68 east of Harmony. You have to purchase it as Franklin, and it costs $349,000. You’ll get a $1,600 income, and all the car mods for Franklin will be free here.
This property is only available to Michael. It is found in Morningwood for a whopping $30,000,000. It will earn you $142,300 in income.
This is the most expensive property in the game, costing an incredible $150,000,000. It will earn you $264,500 a week. Once you purchase it, you can play golf for free and wear any clothing while you play.
Anyone can purchase this bar in West Vinewood, on the corner of Eclipse Boulevard and Milton Road. You have to complete Nigel & Mrs. Thornhill’s mission “Vinewood Souvenir” for it to unlock. It costs $2,000,000 and you’ll make $16,500 weekly.
This is a bar in downtown Vinewood you can purchase with any character. The upfront cost is $750,000, and it will earn you $7,100 a week.
This is a garage for Michael in West Vinewood, on Las Lagunas Boulevard and Spanish Avenue. It costs $30,000. After purchasing, Michael can store stolen vehicles here, and any vehicles purchased using the Internet will be put here as well.
This is another movie theater you can buy as Michael. It costs $10,000,000, but earns you $132,200 a week. It’s in downtown Vinewood, on Power Street.
This one can only be purchased by Franklin. It is found in East Vinewood on Tangerine Street. It costs $200,000 and will earn you $2,000 a week. You’ll also get taxi rides for free!
This theater is found in Textile City downtown, and you can purchase it with Michael. It costs a pretty penny - $20,000,000. It will earn you $264,000 a week.
This is a garage for Trevor. It costs $30,000 to purchase. Like Michael’s garage, you can store automobiles here, whether you stole them or bought them.
This impound lot can only be purchased by Franklin. Find it in South Los Santos, on Innocence Boulevard in Rancho. It unlocks after you finish Tonya’s last mission, “Pulling One Last Favor”. It costs $150,000, but you can earn $500 for every car towed here. To tow cars, use the tow truck that spawns in the lot.
This car scrapyard is available in the Murrieta Oil Field, at El Burro Heights. It costs $275,000. It will reward you for every car you destroy while playing the game. You get $150 per car.
This is Franklin’s garage, located in Davis on Grove Street. It costs $30,000. Like the other garages, Franklin can store his vehicles here, whether they have been stolen or purchased online.
Franklin and Michael can each purchase an airplane hangar here. Michael’s is further west in the airport, and Franklin’s is on the east side. They cost $1,378,000. These hangars allow Franklin and Michael to store aircraft, and they can enter the runway area without getting a wanted level.
Michael and Franklin can purchase these helipads. It costs $419,850. Any helicopters you purchase will be stored here, and you can save stolen helicopters here by landing on the helipad. Trevor’s helicopters will be stored at Mckensie Field Hangar.
This smoke shop can only be purchased by Franklin. It costs $204,000 and will make $9,300 in weekly income. It will open a new string of missions for Franklin.
There is one slip available for each character. Each one is $75,000. You can keep your aquatic vehicles here, whether they are stolen or purchased. Each character will have their own one – Michael’s is by the stairs, Franklin’s is in between, and Trevor’s is the third one in the row.
