Junior Brain Trainer review

Yes, it’s another brain training game. No, they never seem to stop coming. Still, at least Junior Brain Trainer has a bit of a unique hook, which is that it rewards kids for completing its daily maths and English exercises with a new minigame or activity. So, you play through the five daily exercises, which have you completing words by dragging letters on the touchscreen and solving maths puzzles, then unlock yourself some fun in the shape of games like Snake, Football and Balloon Pop.

These games aren’t very original admittedly, but they play well enough. The difficulty level of the daily exercises also feels a bit steep for young ’uns. Still, as a short educational distraction this does the job.
