Jagex is now recruiting faithful followers for the gods. If you are interested in God Emissaries, you can choose a god as allegiance object. Like Saradoins or Zamorak, you can choose any one of them or join the Godless faction. No matter which god you want to follow, this is a gold chance to explain your points of views and take more adventures to support faction.
If you are curious about this, send your campaign posters to Jagex and win the chance to get your artwork displayed in our Players’ Gallery. The deadline is 30th June 2013.
In your artwork, no real-world religious or political reference involved. No knock-offs will be accepted and the resolution should be at least 1280*720 px within 2 MB. No screenshots and the format should be in .jpg, .png, .gif. The "no screenshots" thing relates to not just taking a picture of the game wholesale and using that. If you were going to put some image editing skills into the mix when using some in-game imagery, I think we'd be ok with that. Just remember that the more original artistry on display, the better.
When you complete the work, send to [email protected] with your display name and title of your artwork. If you are the winner, you can win Runescape concept art print signed by Jagex’s artists, and get feedback from one of them. Also, you can get 500 runescape gold. If your work wins second runners-up, you can get 200 rs money.
Great ideas and good suggestions are encouraged. So you can go to Runescape forums to post your ideas about this competition.
Another good news is that the Runescape Vistas votes results come out. Neitiznot win the completion with the Praise the Sun. If you are the winner, you can get two honorable mentions for vivid painting into the White City.
I think we're saying it's best to avoid overt references to sensitive situations - both historical and current. Using well-established calls to action is fine.
I like this picture gallery so much. However, some players said they didn’t decide to join because their image manipulation skills on a computer revolve around MS Paint but it's really nice to see the community being offered more of these opportunities to show off their talents. Regrettably, I probably won't be able to submit anything for the current music contest since I've been away and busy in the last few weeks, but hopefully there will be more competitions on the way and I want to find runescape gold cheap so I can find more fun in runescape 3!
I think a really nice prize would be an exclusive title, so for the arty competitions, they could be more attractive and for music competitions or something to that effect. I don't know how many people would get this as a reward, so maybe it wouldn't work, but it was just a passing thought that could maybe be worked into the game somehow.
