Rules and how to play Roulette

Rules and how to play Roulette:
The basic regulations.
Gamblers, often no more than eight, play versus the House represented by the dealer also called the croupier, who spins the roulette wheel and handles the bets and pays.
European roulette and French roulette have the roulette wheel which consists of 37 slots representing 36 numbers together with zero.
In America roulettes often have two zeros and therefore 38 slots.
Each player buys different coloured dibs so their bets don`t mix.
By the end of the game, if you are sucssess, you change back the colorued chips with cash markers.
These are special dibs with the value amount imprinted on them.
There are a number of denominations of different colours.
Then you take these markers to the cash desk where you will get money for it.
When you play roulette, you place your bet or bets on any number in the table layout or on the outside and when everybody at the table had placed a bet, the croupier starts the spin.
No more than a few moments before the ball drops over the slots, the croupier says `no more bets.
After it nobody may put or change the bet until the ball stops.
Only after the dealer has placed the dolly on the number that had won on the roulette table and puts off all the losing punts, gambler may start placing new wagers while the dealer pays the winners.
The winners are those wagers that are on or around the number that comes up.
The wagers on the outside of the layout win a game if the winning number is represented.
Pay out:
A wager on one slot only, refered as a straight-up stake, pays 35 to 1.
You collect 36.
When there is no House preponderance you are to gather together 37 (38 in the USA on double zero roulette wheels).
A two-number wager, refered as split stake, pays 17 to 1.
A three-number punt, which is called street wager, pays 11 to 1.
A four-number wager, called a corner stake, pays eight to one.
A six-number punt, pays five to one.
A bet on the out dozen or column, pays two to one.
A stake on the outside even money stakes, pays one to one.
Goal of the game:
To win at roulette you need to guess the place of ball landing after each spin.
This is on no account easy.
In point of fact, fate is one of the most important factors when you play a roulette.
Many players go with the winning numbers which they call `hot` numbers and that is why likely to come up more times.
Other players see which numbers did not come up for some time and bet on them since they confident that their turn is now due.
Other gamblers place a bet on many numbers to increase the chances to win at every spin, but this way the payout become considerably lower.
Other methodical players use specific roulette systems and methods, money management systems, or both.
French roulette rules:
The French roulette rules resemble the rules of the Europen variation of this game.
The roulette has the 37 numbered roulette wheel with only one zero but a different table layout for the outside punts.
The player odds in French roulette are the same as in European roulette (only one zero) and better than the chances to win in American roulette (two zeros).
The gamblers loose only 50% of their even-money punts when the outcome is zero, known as the `La Partage` rule.
The main goal of this game remains unchanged - to guess which number out of possible 37 the ball to land on.
Of course, gamblers communicate in French.
