How to get Exotic Item from Xur Agent of Nine, Location in the Third Week of Destiny

Xur Agent of the Nine appears only on weekends at the Tower hub at 9:00 am every Friday and leaves at 9:00 am every Sunday. He also offers one-time use items, like items which increase the weapon progression speed for around half an hour for one strange coin or sparrow upgrades for thirteen strange coins.

This week Xur Agent of Nine has changed his location, he now appears at the Tower Hanger all the way downstairs in a corner. Once you go in there, just look for a group of people surrounding Xur Agent of Nine, that will be his location.

Crest of Alpha Lupi 

Xur Agent of Nine is offering the Crest of Alpha Lupi for 13 Strange Coins, it is a level 20 Exotic Chest Armor. Crest of Alpha Lupi  is also available at Cryptarch, you can get it by deciphering Exotic Engrams. It can be upgraded with Spirit blooms and 16 Ascendant Shards.

Knucklehead Radar 

You can get the Knucklehead Radar from Xur Agent of Nine for 13 Strange Coins. This is a level 20 Exotic Hunter Helmet which you can get from Xur Agent of Nine or by decrypting legendary or exotic engrams. Its upgrade abilities include Light the Blade, Inverse Shadow, Sensor Pack etc.

Apotheosis Veil

Xur Agent of Nine is offering the Apotheosis Veil for 7 Strange Coins, it is a level 20 Exotic Helmet Its upgrade abilities include Private Reserves,Serpent's Tail, Infusion, etc...

Suros Regime

This is a type of Auto Rifle which can be bought from Xur Agent of Nine for 23 Strange Coins. If lucky you will find this weapon dropped in a loot. Its upgrades include Field Choke, Focused Fire High Caliber Rounds etc..
