Destiny: House of Wolves Materials Exchange And Upgrade Rates

Destiny: House of Wolves DLC is scheduled to launch worldwide on May 19, 2015. Bungie are planning to make some drastic changes to Destiny with House of Wolves DLC such as "exotic weapons upgrades won't require won't require Xur" and many other things. There will also be some changes materials exchange and upgrade rates with House of Wolves.
