How To Unlock The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt God Mode and Easy Level Up thanks to PC Debug Console. A new The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt PC mod has seen the daylight, and it will allow you to unlock the God Mode and level up easily thanks to a debug console. Just download and install the debug console following this link to start.

To install the mod, drop the content of the zip in "The Witcher 3 Wild Hunt\bin\x64". At this point, if the game doesn't work properly, don't worry and download Microsoft's Visual C++ Redistributable Packages for Visual  Studio 2013.

Then, press "~" while playing the game to activate the debug console and insert your commands (here you can find a list of those supported) to use it. Furthermore, you can enable a free camera pressing F1.

You can type "god" if you want to turn the God mode on or "levelup"/"setlevel(X)", where X is the level you want to advance to, for example.
