To unlock the Dirty Tricks Trophy you need Batmobile to perform the drifts. Yes, you only need to Drift for 3 minutes continuous to unlock the achivement. Take your Batmobile in an open space/area and Hold Square while turning. A sort of Power slide that allows you to control the Drift.
Sometimes it might take more than 3 minutes but you need to continue until you are notified that the achievement Drift Tricks is been unlocked. This trophy is cumulative so you don't need to drift 3 minutes in one go. Check the video below for your reference.
