Tons of various Armor and Weapons can be found in the new Witcher 3 expansion - Hearts of Stone. Each has a different ability growth depending from which school of the path they are from. During the Main quest Open Sesame, you'll get an opportunity to purchase the armor diagram. If you've already done this mission then you must have noticed at the end of the mission you had the chance to get this diagram as well.
At the end of the Mission Open Sesame, once you've done making the final decision with the Borsodi brothers it's time to loot the second room of the vault. The treasure inside this vault are worth more than a thousand Crowns, so simply loot everything. If you are in a hurry or not in a mood to loot and get rid of this quest than just make sure you do loot the chest on the extreme right of the House of Maximilian as it contains the Diagram you are hunting for(Viper Venomous Steel Sword).
To Wield this Sword you requires level 39. There is also a slight chance that this weapon to inflict poison, but it also gives you a decent damage bonus, increased critical chance, critical damage, and increases your Aard intensity.
