To duel Maximillion Pegasus in Yu-Gi-Oh! The Eternal Duelists Soul for the Nintendo Gameboy Advance you need to have a Toon World card. You can get a Toon World card in a Blue-Eyes Toon Dragon booster pack or even in the booster pack that you get every week.

If you're having no luck with the weekly Yu-Gi-Oh! booster, you can get a Blue-Eyes Toon Dragon booster by beating Marik Isthar 20 times.

Or you can use this Yu-Gi-Oh! game cheat code to get a Toon World card: 15259703.
