Being the relatively new game that it is, Guild Wars 2 is full of bugs. That’s not to say that it’s a bad game—it isn’t. It’s merely an MMORPG with more content than any quality assurance team can realistically expect to rid entirely of bugs and glitches within the amount of time that they were given to do so heading up to the game’s release.
That said, these glitches—some of which are particularly nasty—are mostly benign and even potentially humorous, like the ones we’ve decided to highlight in our little list dedicated to the glitches of Guild Wars 2.
Among them, you’ll be able to experience a symphony of the dead, walk on air, and even find yourself trapped inside a wall—like in a Philadelphia Experiment nightmare scenario.
Without further ado, here are the glitches we’ve discovered that won’t necessarily have you tearing at your hair.
She always wanted to be a ballerina when she grew up. She got her wish.
What do you do when you fall through world? A parachute won’t help.
This particular bug detaches the camera from your player character, making visits to Troll’s End a little painful.
The only thing worse than dying is getting stuck in the wall. Forever.
The developers never intended for you to get into this location.
Using a certain skill in this area will allow you to escape the boundaries of this mission.
Diving down from a great height and dying upon impact the instant you’re teleported to another area allows you to become a free-floating corpse.
Watch as these dead corpses are reanimated by the power of buggy programming.
