Call Of Duty: Black Op2 Strike Force Missions And Challenges Guide

Strike force missions are new types of missions included in Call Of Duty: Black Ops 2 where player must complete a main and a few sub objectives. Gameplay wise the missions are different from the main game since you’ll be controlling a squad of soldiers, mechs and drones. It’s a hybrid between the regular action game and a real time strategy game: you can control any of your troops at any time.

• Mission 1 – Fob Specter

In this mission you’ll have to defend three points in a commstat station. Since your troops are all spread out it’s better to focus on defending one or two points and let the other points attract enemies.
Sub-challenges:

• Melee 10 enemies
• Eliminate 20 enemies using the sentry turret
• Eliminate 10 enemies as CLAW (x10)
• Complete mission with the enemy never lowering defense field
• Eliminate 3 enemy ASD using only sentry turrets
• Destroy 12 enemy quad drones
• Prevent enemies from planting more than one hacking module
• Allow no more than one sentry turret to be destroyed
• Complete the mission in Tactical View only

• Mission 2 – Shipwreck

In this mission you’ll have to take out three control points, allowing a guided JDSM to be dropped on the middle of the deck of a cargo container ship. Enemies won’t be able to take back the control points so just use all your troops in attacking

Sub-challenges

• Destroy 2 CLAWs using only soldiers
• Use only three network intruders to complete the mission
• Complete mission with more than 2:00 minutes remaining
• Eliminate 10 enemies with headshots
• Melee 15 enemies
• Destroy 3 enemy ASDs as a CLAW
• Eliminate 15 enemies with explosives
• Eliminate 15 enemies while they are stunned
• Run over 20 enemies with ASD
• Complete the mission in Tactical View only

• Mission 3 – IED

During this mission you’ll have to escort four Humm-Vees with a squad of ASDs, two units of drones and a cover from a Kinetic Projectile Weapon. To succeed you must use the drones against the enemy infantry and the ASDs againt the tanks.

Sub-Challenges

• Eliminate 3 enemies while they are planting IEDs
• Eliminate 10 enemies on horseback
• Convoy never stopped by the presence of an IED
• Destroy 3 tanks with the Kinetic Strike weapon
• Destroy an helicopter with the Kinetic Strike weapon
• Eliminate 20 enemies as a quad drone
• Run over 10 enemies personnel as an ASD
• Use only ASDs to destroy tanks
• Keep all vehicles in the convoy safe
• Complete the mission in Tactical View only

• Mission 4 – Second Chance

To unlock this mission you must fail to rescue Karma during the main campaign mission with the same name
To complete this missio move all your infantry inside each buildind, select the VTOL and destroy the enemies.

Sub-challenges

• Eliminate 10 enemies as an HVI
• Eliminate 10 enemies as a VTOL turret gunner
• Melee 10 enemies
• Eliminate 15 enemies with headshots
• Destroy 4 enemy quad drones
• Eliminate 15 enemies with explosives
• Eliminate 5 enemies by exploding vehicles
• Extract the HVI in less than 60 seconds
• Find the HVI in less than 90 seconds
• Complete the mission in Tactical View only

• Mission 5 – Dispatch

This mission will be unlocked after recording all data from Menendez in the Fallen Angel mission.
In this mission you’ll have to gather four Navy Seals teams to capture General Zhao Tian. The only real strategu here is to group all your troops and move forward since there’s so many emenies surrounding the general.

Sub-challenges

• Melee 10 enemies personnel
• Destroy 6 enemy ASDs while they are disabled
• Complete mission with more than 3:00 minutes remaining
• Eliminate 20 enemies with headshots
• Eliminate 15 enemies with explosives
• Destroy 3 sentry turrets while they are disabled
• Destroy multiple ASDs with one explosion
• Use only one hacking module to complete mission
• Eliminate 10 enemies while they are stunned
• Complete the mission in Tactical View only
