Skylanders Giants Collectibles Guide: Accolades

One of Skylanders Giants main focuses is definitely the collecting aspect: being able to play as all the Skylanders is no easy task, since you’ll have to track down all the figures that have been released for this game, as well as some that have been made for the previous game, Spyro’s Adventure. Still, collecting them all is definitely a rewarding experience that ends up enhanching the gameplay possibilities for Giants. In the previous series of guides we have covered all the Skylanders available in the game, with their description, stats, powers, abilties and upgrades: they are all so different that any player will definitely find the Skylander best suited for their own play style.

The collecting for Skylanders Giants doesn’t stop here: there are a lot of different collectibles found in the game that actually serve a purpose during the game itself. Some of these, however, don’t serve a real purpose and just add more info on the game’s world. Once a Collectible is found, it will no longer show up on the Chapter on that save file.

• Accolades

There are 23 different Accolades that can be obtained in the game. Some of them can be easily acquired by playing, while others will come together with some Skylanders. The first ten Accolades grant an XP Bonus, while others give some different bonuses.

Captain 
Add any non starter pack Skylander to your collection (+10% XP Bonus)

Faithful Trio 
Add Spyro, Trigger Happy, and Gill Grunt to your collection (+10 XP Bonus)

Ambassador 
Add at least one Orange Base Skylander of each elemental type to your collection (+15 XP Bonus)

Gigantic Hero
Add all 8 Giant Skylanders to your collection (XP Bonus)

Sergeant Major
Add 8 Orange Base Skylanders to your collection (+15 XP Bonus)

Colonel
Add 12 Orange Base Skylanders to your collection (+15 XP Bonus)

Commander
Add 16 Orange Base Skylanders to your collection (+20 XP Bonus)

General
Add 24 Orange Base Skylanders to your collection (+15 XP Bonus)

Field Marshal
Add 32 Orange Base Skylanders to your collection (+50 XP Bonus)

Master of Skylands
Add 40 Orange Base Skylanders to your collection (+50 XP Bonus)
