Fallout 4 Inventory Glitch Lets Players Hold Infinite Items

Fallout 4 Inventory Glitch Lets Players Hold Infinite Items

Fallout 4 has another glitch that lets the player hold infinite items or weapons by using a companion to initiate the glitch. This will allow scavenging and pilfering to be much easier than before, since you won’t be weighed down or have any limitations on the inventory space.

That’s right, all it takes is a full inventory and a companion that is maxed out in what they can carry, too. This inventory glitch lets you hold as many items as you want as long as you don’t have Dogmeat with you. This glitch won’t work with your trusty dog since it is an animal and doesn’t hold an inventory of its own, which will prompt the duplicate item glitch — if done correctly.

With this glitch you will need someone like Piper or Nick, and they will need their inventory to be filled with whatever you want them to be maxed out with. For this exploit to work, you will need to command them to pick up the item(s) for you, instead of you trading items or weapons with them.

To break down this glitch from a 50,000 foot level: all you need to do is drop the weapon(s) or item(s) you want to be stored, your companion must be maxed out in what they can carry and then command them to pick up the stuff you need for your journey.

In addition, if you need to bring a load of Mini-Nuke Launchers, Miniguns or other devastating weapons, you will always have a companion to turn to in order to make this possible, if you have any. With that said, you can watch the glitcher Outside The Box perform this glitch, which runs close to three minutes.

Before this glitch tutorial ends, you cannot use Dogmeat to perform or initiate this inventory/weight glitch. One must remember that Dogmeat hones its very own glitches that is exclusive just for it, like duplicating items, or getting the Cryolator out of an enclosed box.
