Dragon Ball XenoVerse How to: Goku Mentor Quest Guide

Let’s Do This!

Here’s the final mentor that you can unlock within Dragon Ball XenoVerse! The first part of Goku’s mentor quest is much like others in that you simply need to prove your strength by beating the ever loving crap out of the beloved Dragon Ball Z hero. Once you do, you’ll get Goku as your mentor and potentially some rewards!

• 4,600 zenny
• Ultimate Mix Capsule
• Energy Crystal
• Afterimage Strike

Once you’re done, leave and level up to access Goku’s next mentor quest.

Ultimate Battle! Break the Limits!

For this next quest, you’re going to have a tougher time with the five out of seven stars battle. This time, Goku wants your health to be lower as you try to kick his butt. Like, really low. We’re talking 1/4 of your health bar. Just a warning, he’s definitely not a fair fighter with this one.

• 5,500 zenny
• Shape Up Essence
• Antidote Essence
• All-Guard Crystal
• Spirit Bomb

If you managed to win this incredibly hard battle, congrats, you’ll move on to an even harder quest.

 

Goku Family Gathering!

Before you get to this quest, Goku wants you to find a Senzu Essence Capsule next. Easily bought (very expensive, though) or you can get one from the nice Time Patroller by the gate leading to the Time Nest. Once you get Goku what he wants, just level up some more to get the next quest. You’re going to want to, because now Goku wants you to beat his sons into submission. Swell guy. Beating Gohan and Goten could net you these rewards:

• 7,000 zenny
• All-Guard Crystal
• All-Aura Crystal
• Senzu Beansprout
• All-Regen Crystal
• x10 Kamehameha

Go level up some more to get Goku to talk to you again for the next quest.

 

Mastery

The final quest is upon you! All you need to do is beat this seven star difficulty battle. Great! Goku wants you to hit him as hard as you can, so get to work. It’s not easy, but it grants you the ultimate move you’ve been waiting for. Just be wary of his transformation to Super Saiyan 3.

That’s it! If you so choose, you can spar with Goku after this and get a chance to receive the I Hope That You Get Reborn As Someone Good Someday z-soul.
