Unfortunately, there are not any Pokémon that is capable of a mega development, including the matching Mega stone in the normal course of play. Here is a brief overview (status: Ver.1.1.4).

Additional stage
If you kill enough 'normal' Pokémon rank S, you can switch with the addition of up to 20 new levels of free (as Ver.1.1.4)
In contrast to the normal steps you have unlimited trains, but does a countdown.
The basic catch rate of all additional Pokémon is 1% and increases depending on the time remaining.

New Mega Stone
With the update to version 1.1.9, the number of normal levels was increased to 180.
The final stage is now mega-Aerodactyl.
Defeat her to get the matching Mega stone for Aerodactyl (stage 104).
Banette (Level 177) has no Mega stone.
