Ok! Now that Kinzie has the supercomputer, that you technically stole from S.T.A.G., you can now be rid of the Deckers! First things first though, you need a chair!
After you have stolen the supercomputer Kinzie says you’ll need a chair in order to screw with the Deckers. Now this is no ordinary chair, this chair will allow you to enter the Deckers user network, in a virtual reality form. The fun thing is, that the only place your only going to obtain such chair is to steal it from the Deckers base of operation, the nuke plant! Once you have accepted the mission over the phone, gone to Kinzie’s hideout and watched the cut scene of what I just explained above, hop in a car and drive Kinzie to the nuke plant. Upon arriving the nuke plant, you will have to drive Kinzie to about two or three external power up-links, in order to remove the chair. When doing this you will be under constant attack by Deckers, be sure to keep both yourself and Kinzie alive! Once all the up-links are cut, you will have to hold out for a bit for a helicopter. Now what you have to do is base jump down through the reactor (which is probably the best idea in the world =/) to reach the chair. After base jumping, you will need to work your way down a floor (stairs on the side), and fight a bunch of Deckers that stand between you and the chair. Deckers will be all over the room the chair is in, so proceed with caution. Normally this wouldn’t be that hard, but you have to disable four routers to be able to lift the chair out of the reactor, while being shot at from all sides. Suggestion: Clear the area, then proceed with the task at hand. Once all the routers are shut down, head you to the last one that is on the platform with the chair. Once the last router is shut down, mission over.
Ok, now we have everything: Overpowered computer: Check, Chair that was too much trouble: Check, good to go!
An interesting title for a mission I might say, for it clearly states what your about to do. Lets go murder the Deckers >=)!
Once accepting this mission over your phone, you will need to go to Kinzie’s hideout. Once arriving you will see a cut scene of you being loaded up to the Decker User Network. Once inside however, well lets just say your not off to a good start. Once inside, you’ll find your self to be, a toilet, this is because Kinzie is busy working on your avatar and just gave you this one to deal with. Anyway start making your way through the network. Eventually you’ll turn into something worse than a toilet, but you can figure that out for yourself. Anyway eventually you’ll turn into the black silhouette of a person, with a hand cannon. Now you can start having fun! Kinzie will tell you that you need to gain access to firewalls, in order to locate and get to Matt… you’d better get a move on.. While walking through the network you will encounter numerous Decker gang members, just like the ones you see in Steelport. So, run and gun (blast) your way through the network to reach Matt Miller! You will find it to be like any other style shooter, running from area to area shooting targets from various angels and and platforms. When walking through the network Matt start screwing with you, by making you lagg, and slowing your character down, this can get you screwed over big time, so be prepared. Upon reaching the first fire wall you be given a little paragraph with a couple options to chose from. This is something Matt rigged up for you, its a little text adventure where you just select options and you will receive an out come. The correct options are: Take Torch, Keep Walking, Keep Walking, Kill Unicorn, (I honestly loved this because, if you ‘failed’ at the game, the protagonist would comment in a very funny yet extremely irritated manner). After the text adventure, you will be warped to another area with more Deckers to shoot, but your a toilet but your still packing your cannon. Kinzie will eventually turn you back. Anyway fight your way through more Deckers to another firewall. This time you’ll be a tank and all you simply have to do is destroy the other ones . After destroying the tanks you will be warped to another area, as a sex doll, still packing a cannon. Fight Your way through more Deckers. After fighting through that area you will be shown an error screen created by Matt, look through it carefully to find some interesting text. After Kinzie has fixed the error, you will now have to fight Matt’s avatar, which is a giant demon. At first you will have to avoid his attacks and rip his wings off. After the wings are gone, Kinzie will morph you into a demon like Matt’s. Matt will then disappear giving you more Deckers to deal with (for you to practice with). A few minutes later Matt will reappear. Now all you have to do is beat the living crap out of Matt. Literally that’s it, just wail on him. Once Matt is defeated you will be given a cut scene of Matt wanting to strike a deal. Now you will be able to chose one of two options. One is to reduce the cost of car upgrades. The other is to reduce the cost of weapon upgrades. Either way after selecting the mission is over, and Matt leaves the Syndicate.
Note: Deckers will still roam around Decker territories, and will continue to spawn there as well.
