Half

The appearance of the new Half-Life logo that contains number “3” has “alerted” many Half-Life fans. According to Christian Today, this logo has been spotted on the Steam website (which is owned by Valve) and it’s somehow confirming that the Half-Life 3 game is under development.

On the other hand, Kotaku says that this might be a result of a hacked website, because as soon after the leaked picture has been spotted on several news websites, Steam was shut down for a few moments.

Valve will not attend E3 2015

The Electronic Entertainment Expo 2015 starts tomorrow, on June 16, 2015, and ends on June 18, 2015.

Unfortunately, Valve is not going to attend E3 2015, which means that Half-Life 3 is surely not going to be present there. This has been confirmed after Valve has told GameBeats that they don’t plan to bring any products to the upcoming E3 2015 event. This means that Valve will most likely use its own Steam digital-distribution and smaller events to announce Half-Life 3 and other products.

We remind you that Valve is the developer behind well-known games such as Counter-Strike, Left 4 Dead, Team Fortress etc. In case you’re a gamer, we’re pretty sure that you are aware of how successful these games have been.

We’re pretty sure that Valve is going to release Half-Life 3 when they are sure that the product will be at least as successful as Counter-Strike. However, before we get an official announcement regarding the upcoming Half-Life 3, we think that a few months will pass.

Do you think that the leaked Half-Life 3 logo was a mistake slipped by Valve and they’ve tried to “hide” it somehow? Do you think that Half-Life 3 is under development and it is close to completion?
