This short section has you settling into your new place, but no one said you shouldn't snoop around. Find out where to get the crowbar and find The Project Whisper Folder for Caroline in part 5 of our Wolfenstein: The New Order guide.

Explore this area as much as you want, there's no danger here. When you're ready, start looking for the Project Whisper folder. Go to the second level and talk to Klaus and Max. Klaus will say that you should Caroline's room, but he's wrong, so don't waste your time.

After the conversation ends, go to the next room and you'll find a folder inside the wall. Max hid it here. Now, go to the second floor and look for a room that has a desk with a bike wheel sitting on it. Pick up the crowbar and go back to Max's room to get the folder. Go back downstairs and meet up with Caroline to finish the chapter.
