Mission 9 - Max's Parents

Once the mission begins your objective will be to go to tower. Simply grind and bounce your way to your objective marker to gain an update, clear the Scab Fort

Tip: We have found that the Dirty Harry is a one-shot kill on Scabs. Thus, it is highly advised that you save your ammunition for encounters with this type of adversary.

After slaying the scabs on the ground level your objective is now to climb the tower. Move to the marker on your screen and take control of the Harpoon. Shooting it at the target across the way will give you a rope that you can now use to grind to the next level.

Continue to bounce, grind, and swing your way up the tower, using the Harpoon to pass back and forth between the two buildings. When you come across some Scabs use your Harpoon to shoot the nearby explosives or just pull out your TNTeddy and make quick work of them.

Once you reach your objective at the top of the tower you’ll be introduced to the Scab Rusher. Just as the name suggested these freaks like to rush you. You can melee them, but it’s really much easier to bounce and grind around them while shooting them with your Dirty Harry or TNTeddy. When the last Scar Rusher is down you’ll have completed part of the clear the Scabs off the roofs objective.

The second part is on the other roof, but fret not our friends there are no Harpoons to worry about. Just grind on over and take out the rest of the Scab Rushers to update your objective to open the panic room. Follow your markers and once you’ve watched a nice scripted event you’ll need to search the debris for the voice recorder back on the ground level. Luckily you’re already here, so just grab the recorder and then return to the Oxford’s base to complete the mission.
