Sonic the Hedgehog character was first introduced in a Sony抯 trademark game called Sonic The Hedgehog. This game also introduced the nemesis of this character named Dr. Robotnik. In the Sonic The Hedgehog 2, there was more variation because now a friend of Sonic was also introduced and the name of that character was Miles Tailes Prower. This character also gained the attention of the kids as that beautiful tailed character had magnetism and cuteness in it. In 1991, Sonic CD was released and in this game, Sonic The Hedgehog self-appointed girlfriend Amy Rose was also introduced. There was an addition of robotic Sonic also in the Sonic CD because in that game series, Sonic was in his way to rectify and reform the world and he had to fight with the robotic sonic to do so.

In Sonic 3, there was further adventure because now Sonic The Hedgehog and his tailed friend called Miles joined hand to hand to fight against Robotnik. This was adventurous and this adventure added interest in the game.
