Minstrels while always welcome for their therapy abilities can sometimes be more harm than outstanding. When soloing, the expertise War-speech is extremely useful for Minstrels; it gives them a little bit more DPS and in come back cuts their therapy abilities in 50 percent. For only one adventure that is excellent, but not so much in an organization.
If the minstrel is many stages greater than the relax of the group they will become the primary DPS so War-speech should be on. If a minstrel is about the same stage as everyone else they can assume the primary healing/resurrection aspect. So turn off War-speech and observe those green hp bars! Keep in thoughts you are a squishy category and can die quickly.

Each category has inactive abilities purchasable from their trainer for two of those instruments; except Minstrels who can buy inactive abilities for them all. Each inactive device expertise will price you 2 silver and 50 copper.
