Circles- Place your toes together and make circles around both legs. Afterward circle round the back side. And further circle around the head. Then join them-and move the basketball in circles all around your head, and then down the body, down through your legs, after which around your ankles ("candy cane"). Then return up again. Make an effort to touch only using the finger-tips, not the palms.
