Tipping-Tip the basketball back and forth from hand to another, beginning with your fingers directly over your face. Then slowly move the basketball down, while continuing to tip it backwards and forwards. Move down to your own chest, then to belly, knees, and ankles, and then move backward again. Let your elbows to be straight, letting only the basketball touch finger-tips, and not the palms.
Circles- Place your toes together and make circles around both legs. Afterward circle round the back side. And further circle around the head. Then join them-and move the basketball in circles all around your head, and then down the body, down through your legs, after which around your ankles ("candy cane"). Then return up again. Make an effort to touch only using the finger-tips, not the palms.
