Neverwinter Trade Bar Reworked with Great Price Reduction

For example, the cost of coalescent wards is reduced from 200 trade bars to 75; 5x Pack of Preservation Wards are now sold for 5 trade bars rather than the original 200; the Heavy Twilight Nightmare is at the price of 2400 rather than 2500; and the price Sinister Weapon even gets over 99% price reduction from 1000 to 5 trade bars.
