What do you usually do on vacation? Do you want to make it become more meaningful? I made plan for long entertaining instead of taking a job before. My mother always said that I was too waste of my time for many meaningless things. And I decided to make something different on last summer vacation and it was wonderful.
On most of summer vacation, if not traveling somewhere with my family, I would stay at home and do same things day by day. My main work in a day was eating, sleeping entertaining. They made me boring and tired. I watched films in TV, played computer games. My favorite kind of game was dress up games, I was very interested in selecting clothes and making up for characters in games. It helped me know how to combine outfits with accessories suitably and impressively. Sometimes, my friends came to my house and we would go shopping together or come to some amusement parks or movie theater. That was less boring but we were not enough money for shopping or entertaining all days. On last winter, when my mother saw me sitting on the sofa, eating popcorn and watching films with no feelings. My mother came to sit next to me and said that “my lazy daughter, you must do something to make your vacation more meaningful like taking a part-time job or joining in social activities or volunteer activities rather than stay at home whole day. You are waiting your time when you are young. You should go out and discover the world around you, the world is changing daily.” After thinking twice, I decided to take a part-time job and earned money to do something meaningful. There were a lot of jobs that I could do, I found many advertising pieces in the newspaper or internet. But how to find a job which was suitable for me and I also loved it. Fortunately, when I saw a website designing dress up games, they needed an idea maker as part-time job and could work at home. I was so happy when seeing it. Immediately, I applied for this job. I told them that I was a big fan of dress up games and have many ideas for this kind of game. After interviewing, I receipt to work here. My main work was researching players’ interests, subtypes in dress up games they likes so that I make an idea for new games. An idea included main content, character, his/her outfits, accessories. Maybe most of people thought that dress up games were very simple and so was I before. I knew that to make an attractive game needs a lot of steps since I became an idea maker. Not only making ideas, but also they need to be edited, after that sending to game drawers. After finishing, I will be sent to flash makers and finally, re-edited again before up it in the websites.
I had a memorable summer vacation with an interesting job. My vacation became very meaningful, now I still continue to do this job and I love it so much. Making ideas before playing dress up games makes me more exciting.
