The final patch for Warcraft of Draenor, 6.2.3 has been available since Nov. 17 in the US and Nov. 18 in EU regions. Except for Valor and item upgrades, this update also grants two new mounts including Infinite Timereaver and Grove Warden. 1. Reins of the Grove Warden – added in wow 6.2.3
It is a long-awaited mount since Blizzard Lead Systems Designer, Ghostcrawler promised players a moose mount, now the promise is finally fulfilled and we can get the Grove Warden in Patch 6.2.3. Basically, it is a limited time (would probably extend up until the pre-Legion patch) reward from the item Remnant of Chaos that will drop the Heroic/Mythic Archimonde. To get the reward, you must kill the Archimonde boss it dropped and complete the following short quest chain. When you get it, two travel modes will be granted: Ground (+60% or +100% speed) and Flying (+150%, +280% or +310% speed) that depending on your Riding skill. To ride it, you need to be Level 20 and apprentice (75) Riding.
2. Reins of the Infinite Timereaver – added in wow 6.2.3
Just like Grove Warden, the Infinite Timereaver is also a new added mount in wow patch 6.2.3. And it has also two travel mode, including Ground (+60% or +100% speed) and Flying (+150%, +280% or +310% speed). Joining in any of the Timewalking events, if you are lucky enough, you will have a chance to get this armoured mount as a rare drop and any Timewalking dungeon boss. This mount requires Level 70 and Artisan Riding.
3. The Illidari Felstalker – reward for Legion pre-purchasing
Introduced since game update 6.2.2, this mount is now available in-game as a reward for pre-purchaser of the Legion Digital Deluxe Edition, and will be available for those who pre-purchase the hard-copy Collector’s Edition when Legion launch next year. It has only one travel mode that grants +60% or +100% speed on ground based on your riding skill.
4. Minion of Grumpus – related to the Feast of Winter Veil
This is a new yeti mount that will be related to the Feast of Winter Veil in 2015, granting +60% or +100% speed on ground. Now the source to earn it hasn’t ensured.
