The Viking and Medivac do not require any addons to be attached and thus they can be produced two at a time when the reactor is attached to this building. The Banshee, Raven and Battlecruiser however all require a tech lab to be attached to the Starport in order to be created. The Battlecruiser also requires a Fusion Core to be present on the battlefield before it can be produced as well.
