Access every item in Fallout 4

coc qasmoke – Enter this command to be teleported to a secret developer area full of boxes filled with every item in the game, from weapons to Power Armour. Think of it as a post-apocalyptic version of Noel's Deal or No Deal, only you'll always be a winner. We're not sure if there's an exit from the secret zone, so you may need to use the "coc" command again followed by the area you wish to teleport to.
