I’m not sure this is really considered a boss but I’ll make a boss guide for it anyways because it is annoying. You will fight these throughout Gears of War 3 and they are called Corpsers. They are bug like enemies that go under ground and pop up to fight you. Let’s get to it.
First thing for the Gears of War 3 Corpser boss guide is it’s abilities. As stated above it can go under ground and pop up where ever it wants. You can follow it by the dust trail it leaves and either dodge accordingly or watch for it to pop up. If you get hit by the dust storm expect to take some damage and it will likely pop up to hit you again.
When it does pop out of the ground it will try to hit you with one of its legs. Just avoid it by dodging because it isn’t very fast. It will try to stay in your face though so keep dodging until you can either get a clear shot or it goes underground again.
All of its legs are armored on the bottom so shooting it there is pointless so we all know.
Now onto the fight for the Gears of War 3 Corpser boss guide. This fight is pretty straight forward you have to kill it when it comes above ground. The only trick if you do more damage for hitting it in the back or head which is protected in the front. You will have to wait for it to go after a team mate and once it pops out unload into its back. If it is after you and pops up you can still hit it in the legs above the armor but you risk being hit so I’d just avoid it if you can. After it goes underground a few times you will burn it down and win the fight. Good job.
