Fire Emblem: Awakening Guide – Playable Character Guide

There are a ton of playable characters in Fire Emblem: Awakening. Besides the few that you get in your party at the start of the game there is usually some kind of win condition attached to them agreeing to join your party. This Fire Emblem Awakening Playable Character Guide will go over all of the different unlockable characters in Fire Emblem: Awakening available and how to unlock them. No. Name How to Unlock 000 Your Character Your Character is unlocked by starting the game. Bio: A traveler who remembers nothing prior to being found by the wayside. Chrom realized his tactical genius and enlisted him in the Shepherds, where he is well liked. The biggest mystery of the group. Born on whatever date you set. 001 Chrom Chrom is unlocked in the first prologue mission. Bio: The prince of Ylisse and descendant of the Hero-King. While of noble blood, he also leads a militia known as the Shepherds. His strong conviction makes him a fine captain. The most likely to break things. Born on May 27th. 002 Lissa Lissa is unlocked in the first prologue mission. Bio: Chrom’s tomboyish little sister, the princess of Ylisse. With nary an ounce of nobility in her personality, she is among the most likeable and approachable of the Shepherds. The girl most likely to snort. Born on March 6th. 003 Frederick Frederick is unlocked in the first prologue mission. Bio: Chrom’s lieutenant, an Ylissean knight who is sincere to a fault. He tends to demand tremendous effort for seemingly trivial things, and prefaces such exercises with a grin. The fondest of starting fires. Born on August 26th. 004 Miriel Joins your squad after a couple turns in the second chapter. Bio: A grandiloquent but fastidious Shepherd who grows irascible if so much as a single arrow sits ajar in its quiver. She adores research and obsesses over her object of study. The most superfluous packer. Born on February 12th. 005 Kellam Joins if you talk to him with Chrom at the beginning of chapter 3. Bio: A laconic, blank-faced Shepherd whose infamous lack of presence causes him to pass by the others as if invisible. Despite his protests, he is actually quite proud of that. The tallest while seated. Born on June 24th. 006 Lon’qu Joins your squad at the end of Chapter 4. Bio: A swordsman raised in Regna Ferox, where Khan Basilio has vouched for his skill. While cool and curt around most people, the very sight of a woman turns him beet red. The deftest potato peeler. Born on October 10th 007 Virion Virion joins your party after a couple turns in Chapter 1. Bio: A secretive noble from some land or another. While many would brand him a buffoon or a braggart, his boasts are often founded. He is swift to propose to anything female. The most prolonged primper. Born on December 10th. 008 Sully Sully joins your party after a couple of turns in Chapter 1. Bio: A no-nonsense, capable Shepherd with a mouth that would make brigands lush. Ylissean women admire her strength and call her “The Woman to End All Men.” The last one you want cooking. Born on December 5th. 009 Donnel Joins your squad if you level him up during Paralogue 1: Sickle to Sword Bio: A villager from a remote corner of Ylisse who came to the fight with little more than farming experience. However, he is eager to learn and shows a great deal of promise. The one with the curliest hair. Born on June 4th. 010 Stahl Joins your squad at the beginning of Chapter 2: Shepherds. Bio: A surprisingly normal Shepherd with a big heart and perpetual cowlick. He has a good head on his shoulders, but the rest of him often has trouble keeping up. The most eager to clean a plate. Born on June 16th. 011 Sumia Joins your squad at the beginning of Chaper 3: Warrior Realm. Bio: An absentminded, klutzy Shepherd with a shocking lack of self-worth. However, she exhibits one-of-a-kind talent, particularly when it comes to working with animals. The best at tripping over nothing. Born on November 24th 012 Vaike Joins your squad at the beginning of Chapter 2: Shepherds. Bio: A rough-hewn Shepherd with a loud personality and far more confidence than his ability warrants. He sees himself as exemplary and reverently refers to himself in the third person. The best at misplacing things. Born on December 26th. 013 Ricken Joins your squad at the beginning of Chapter 5: Exalt and the King. Bio: A novice Shepherd who looks and acts like a child. While this endears him to the others, he hates being treated as anything less than an equal. He sees Chrom as a brother. The most popular with cute animals. Born on May 23rd. 014 Maribelle Joins your squad at the beginning of Chapter 5: Exalt and the King. Bio: Lissa’s best friend. A proud and sharp-tongued noble from one Ylisse’s most well-to-do houses. She is cold to strangers, particularly commoners, but warms quickly. The most likely to toss in her sleep. Born on April 14th

### Marth Complete the DLC tiled Xenologue: Champions of Yore 1 without Marth dying. Bio: A mysterious traveler from the Outrealms. The Hero-King from the sagas said to have saved the world.
