Gaspa Grope’s Top Dog base can be found on the Western edge of Blackmaws. The path to the boss is relatively simple and doesn’t introduce anything out of the ordinary. Once you get to the very top you’ll face Gaspa Grope. Unlike the Stump Grind boss battle there’s no minions here, just Gaspa Grope himself.
It’s a straight forward boss battle. If you’ve got some shotgun ammo left you can lure him near explosive barrels and shoot them for a good amount of damage. After that you need to lure him into the flames. On both the left and right side of the area there’s 2 flame funnels that block 2 pathways. You want to stand near the source of the fire and wait until he charges you. Dodge his attack and he’ll get set on fire. If you miss you can try and use basic melee to knock him back into the flames. When he’s on fire unleash with your biggest melee attacks. From there it’s a simple case of rinse and repeat.
