Riddle: Joining your mission can come with a cost, this empty reminder shows just what she lost.
Answer: Head to the clock tower and use the Remote Hacking Device to scan the panel to the right of the large screens. This reveals the Batgirl costume that must be scanned.
Riddle: I bet you weren't invited to this lavish do, I wonder how many went dressed up as you?
Answer: Go in the clock tower, but not to Oracle's lab. Instead use the lower entrance near the servers and head upstairs into the offices. Scan the poster on the wall for the masquerade ball.
Riddle: A souvenir from a previous life, why hold with a hand when a hook will suffice?
Answer: Enter the GCPD and head over to Cash's desk. Stand behind Cash with his family portrait visible and scan the area.
Riddle: Always looking for names to besmirch, where does this newsman conduct his research?
Answer: Scan the desk in the interview room of the GCPD.
Riddle: Business is best when Bats need killing, a mercenary's life should receive top billing.
Answer: In the communications room that's positioned at the very top-left of the GCPD Lockup. Scan the photo on the wall.
Riddle: Hope shines brightly in a city this dark, find the source of that signal and you'll soon hit your mark.
Answer: Scan the Bat Signal on top of the GCPD building.
Riddle: Bones stripped bare beneath a warning light, pay heed, seafarers, not to feel his bite.
Answer: Head to the base of the lighthouse northeast of Ace Chemicals and scan the bones inside.
Riddle: An open house for bed and dinner, is this sanctuary run by saint or sinner?
Answer: Scan the Deacon's Mission sign, east of Dr. Kirk Langstrom's Lab.
Riddle: A bat uses these to see at night, the doc's didn't work and his cure caused a fright.
Answer: Go down the alley to find the entrance to Dr Kirk Langstrom's Lab, head inside and use the elevator, then go down the hallway and through the door to scan the drawing on the whiteboard.
Riddle: Overgrown, abandoned, the inmates set free, madness could never be held in me.
Answer: Head to the Falcone Shipping Antenna and scan what's left of Arkham Asylum to the southeast.
Riddle: She stands at our center that we may not weaken, a symbol of hope, a towering beacon.
Answer: Scan the Lady of Gotham west of the GCPD Lockup.
Riddle: It doesn't take much to tame a Cat, make them wear this and then call the bat.
Answer: Go to Pinkney Orphanage and scan Catwoman or the bright-color object on the floor if you already rescued Catwoman here.
Riddle: You forced this contraption over my brain, I'll reward you with punishment, debasement and pain.
Answer: After saving Catwoman, go to the Pinkney Orphanage and find the room with a fan on the desk. Scan the head piece on top of the desk.
Riddle: Friends of the Waynes though not as wealthy, their memorial ward keeps Gotham healthy.
Answer: Scan the Elliot Memorial Hospital sign on the northwest side of the island, near Penitence Bridge.
Riddle: The highest building in Arkham City. A Strange man worked here, who took no pity.
Answer: Head to Wayne Tower and look east to see the building with an antenna on top of it. Scan the building.
Riddle: The Prince of Gotham sits high in his tower, yet this picture recalls a happier hour.
Answer: Go inside Wayne Tower and scan the large photo above the bar in the private office.
Riddle: A former warden who had a Strange turn, his appointment as mayor was a cause for concern.
Answer: Head to Lacy's department store in the center of the island. Scan the poster of Quincy Sharp for Mayor on the side of the building.
Riddle: A natural cure for Scarecrow's doom, your savior's gone but still in bloom.
Answer: Go to Ivy's primary location west of Grand Avenue and scan the point where she entered the plant.
Riddle: Disarming, charming, quite the inquisitor. She'll pull back the vale, whoever her visitor.
Answer: Scan the Vicki Vale Show sign near the west side of Grand Avenue.
Riddle: The League of Assassins stuck blades through hearts, now they impale each other's art.
Answer: On the north side of the island, east of the bridge near Kingston, look for a rundown area between the buildings with two flaming oil drums. On the wall behind one of the oil drums is artwork that's been crossed out. Scan the artwork.
Riddle: Are you suffering from a mental split? Take out the trash before you defend it!
Answer: Scan the Hell's Gate building sign next to the big sushi sign on the south side of the island, near the middle.
Riddle: Far away the deflated brute roams, leaving behind what he couldn't ship home.
Answer: Head to Port Adams, then climb up the group of containers in the northwest corner. Right in the middle you'll find one of the container doors is open. Go inside and use the Batclaw to open the crate near the back. Scan the object inside the crate.
Riddle: This tumbledown ruin's not looking its best, what do you expect from the Penguin's old nest?
Answer: On the far east side of Otisburg, near the water, you'll find Cobblepot Manor. Scan the sign at the entrance.
Riddle: This cold corporation changed his life forever, curing his wife now a chronic endeavor.
Answer: Just east of Cobblepot Manor on the west side of Otisburg is the Goth Corp building. Scan the sign on the side of the building.
Riddle: Roll up! Roll up! For the circus of the strange, this porcine professor is clearly deranged.
Answer: Just south of Ryker Heights is a building marked by a pink glowing Pretty Dolls Parlor sign. Once you have the key, head inside, run all the way to the back, then go through the door straight ahead and down the stairs. Once you enter the large open area turn around and scan the poster on the wall next to the entrance.
Riddle: A million dollar home for a spoilt child, his parents are dead but his parties are wild.
Answer: Go to the west side of Ryker Heights and grapple to a high point. Look west to see a single building up in the distance. This is Wayne Mansion. Scan it.
Riddle: A psycho killer's grim design, what has an angle but just one line?
Answer: There's an area by the water below the front tip of the northern-most airship. The dead men are posed with a fishing rod. Scan this scene.
Riddle: He saved the date! All Hallow's Eve! But this calendar killer too his leave.
Answer: Head to the underground area between Ryker Heights and the Perdition Bridge. Move to the rundown area by Standler's Groceries where you can grapple up into a single room. Scan the calendar from far enough away to get both pumpkins in the picture.
Riddle: He lives and dies in seven days, this beast you've teamed but his song still plays.
Answer: In the underground area between Ryker Heights and Perdition Bridge, north of Drescher, there's a large steel door that can be torn down with the Batmobile's Power Winch. Remove the door and use the Batmobile to clear the soldiers and sentries within to make this easier on you. To the left of the entrance, grapple up and drop down on the other side. Head through the door and scan the phonograph by the wanted poster.
Riddle: An ancient order, lust for power consumed, their patron saint is here entombed.
Answer: Head to the cemetery in east Drescher and scan the Saint Dumas tomb on the wall.
Riddle: Crusaders of old had a trusty steed. How much horsepower does a Dark Knight need?
Answer: Scan the Batmobile.
Riddle: No Dark Knight, Stagg's pet is no figment, it's just lacking the usual pigment.
Answer: Head to Stagg Airship Alpha and go inside through the main hatch on the top of the airship. Drop down into the area below, then turn around and go through the small opening. Drop down to the left and enter the grate, then turn around and continue through the closed door. In the next room, grapple across to the far side then run through the next closed door. Drop down into the lower area, then turn around and head into the lab to see a white monkey off to the right (use detective mode if you have trouble finding it). Scan the monkey.
Riddle: A bragging report's worse than a narc, but perhaps the assassin has found his mark?
Answer: Head to Stagg Airship Beta and enter through the nose. Continue through the closed door and into the open room ahead. Make your way over to the middle platform on the right and scan the GC Style magazine on the desk next to the monitor flashing "deceased". Make sure you have the entire magazine in view, even if you have to back up slightly.
Riddle: Need something moved quickly, in a freezer? This company's owned by a cockney geezer!
Answer: From the previous riddle location, continue through the closed door on the far side of the open room. Follow the hallway until you reach the sentries at the end. Use the voice synthesizer to open the door to the left (with the sentries to the right) to reveal a large container. Press L1 / LB and tilt the airship so that the large container takes out the sentries. Continue past the destroyed sentries and into the room to the left, then scan the poster on the wall above the desk. Alternately, you can fly in from the entrance here and walk right to the poster, then take the reverse path to the other riddle on this ship.
Riddle: You? A father figure? Don’t make me laugh. You overwork and break your staff.
Answer: Head to Panessa Studios on Bleak Island. Go through the main doors and down the elevator. Enter the main hideout area and walk over to the cell on the far left where Robin was once held. Look at the broken weapon on the ground in front of the cell and scan it.
Riddle: She and her love are no longer together, she’ll keep the flames burning forever and ever.
Answer: Head toward stage A, but just before you reach the main stage A doors, look to the left to see a room closed off by a gate. Use the voice synthesizer to open the gate, then scan the odd Joker statue beyond.
Riddle: A visual artist with burning ambition: prove he made movies before his ignition.
Answer: Head all the way into stage A and then through the doors immediately to the right of the entrance. Scan the entire display case at the end of the room with the Inferno posted.
Riddle: A psychotic doctor who caught the fear bug, the fruits of his research: a powerful drug.
Answer: Head to the southern Arkham Knight HQ and use the elevator hear the top of the construction site. When you reach the bottom floor, head up the stairs to the left then run to the far right corner (just right of the immobile escalator) to see a room with a green mist cloud inside. Scan this room.
Riddle: Vengeance burns darkly inside the betrayed, as they stare at reminders of debts unpaid.
Answer: From the green mist room, turn around and run straight, then drop down into the area to the left where the two escalators are located. Head left of the escalators and into the next room to see a red section to the left. At the far end of this section is a board with a bunch of photos. Scan the entire board.
Riddle: With a fluffy white coat and ears standing tall, what burrowed the hole in which Alice did fall?
Answer: Head to the northern Arkham Knight HQ and drop down the large ventilation shaft, all the way to the bottom. There are two large holes here (If you've nearly completed City of Fear) that you can grapple up to. One is lit up fair well, while the other is relatively dark. Grapple up to the darker of the two, then turn around and grapple up just above the other hole (the one that had better lighting). In the far left corner of this room is a large display case with mannequins that have rabbit heads. Scan the mannequins.
