Portal 2 Walkthrough: Test Chamber 01

After doing the introduction and test chamber 00, exit the elevator and climb the stairs to find yourself in test chamber 01.



 Jump down to the room after the test chamber sign. A portal will open on the wall near you.



 Head towards the center of the room and activate the red button to the right.



Now go through the orange portal.



Pick up the crate and go back through the portal. Drop the crate and activate the red button to the left.



 Pick up the crate again, go through the portal and place the crate on the red pressure pad. Return to the first room, and now go to the end of the room and activate the red switch there.



 Go through the portal again. The announcer will tell you that the test environment is unsupervised, and to write down the results of your test for a Aperture Science Reintegration Associate. Go through the barrier, and down the stairs to reach the elevator. Enter the elevator, ride down. Learn that earth is currently governed by a manner of animal-king, sentient cloud, or other governing body. Exit and head up the stairs. You have now reached Test Chamber 02.
