Duke Nukem Forever Walkthrough Part 13 – The Queen B*tch

You'll find yourself in a weight room. The door out is locked but to the left of the door is an opening you can throw a pipe bomb through. Explode it on the other side to open the door up. Head on up the stairs on the far side of the room and open the double doors. Inside you'll find the very big alien queen. You'll find an ammo and explosives restock inside the room. Also, grab the RPG, you're going to need it. Now throw a pipe bomb at the bounce flower you see above the ammo restock. This will stun her and let you shoot her.

After that first time, she'll start to occasionally give you an opening. You can still bounce the pipe bombs at her but they're trickier to pull off. She'll be chucking Pregnators at you all throughout the battle so keep a close range weapon ready for this. Once she is below half life, she'll send out some Octobrains to harass you as well. Kill them quickly and return your focus to the Alien Queen.

Once she collapses, approach and go through the button sequence. Duke passes out after the battle and is taken somewhere wonderful.
