You depart from Sisters to Cuss High in the next district. Most of this is a long cutscene showing you what some options are in the game. It also unlocks everyone's persona when you and Lisa go against Eikichi. Just after that you are introduced to Philemon who explains that your city has been pulled into a nether-region where rumors can become reality.

Shortly after you wake up, Lisa suggest the Joker game to test this. She with three of Eikichi's friends all work to summon the Joker. They succeed but no one speaks their dream in time. Joker claims the pot of their dreams and confronts the remaining people (excluding Kozy). He is about to kill you but it is made clear you have no idea why he would be after you. He spares you for now saying that he will come for you when you have remembered who you have offended him.

When this is all done, talk with Kozy, Lisa, Eikichi and everyone else you feel like. Now start going up the stairs in the corner of the room. You will get your next lead, that a ramen shop in Kameya Alley sells weapons.

Exit from here and head to the far left than up. You will find yourself in Kameya Alley. Now choose the Ramen Shop on that list. Talk with everyone inside. You will learn what the truth is, for now, but also of a detective agency. You get the location by speaking with the man in the white suit, Tadashi. He gives you the flier. Now exit the Ramen shop.

On the alley menu, you will see a new option for the detective agency. Head over there. They will explain something of how rumors work. He also provides this first rumor gratis but you will need to pay for any more rumors that you want him to spread. He mentions there are people who are rumor mongers and that by talking with them you can collect new rumors to bring to him. If you do so this it will let you build up a stock of rumors that you can use to your benefits. Using this same place you can learn what rumors Demons have spread about you as well.

After all of this, head back to the Ramen Shop. Eikichi will go and order the dish. You will all receive weapons and Eikichi will have to eat the ordered dish. Just after this Kozy will appear and tell you that the Prinicple of Sevens has been seen with a Mysterious Masked Figure. Time to head for Sevens.

Before you leave the area, head for Gatten Sushi. There talk with Toro, the fat man sitting by the corner. This way you have met the first of the Rumormongers.
