An Uneasy Meeting
After completing the Prince's Banquet, head for the marker now that Ezio is in his normal garb. The hard part is you must head into the Topkapi District, now both restricted and filled with Guards, to reach the Start Point. Keep to the roofs as much as possible to ease through it.

Full Synchronization requires that you not be detected while getting into place

For Full Synch, immediately turn around and go up onto the Rooftops. Keep to them to avoid all incidents and it will ensure that Ezio will meet the Full requirement.

The Fourth Part Of The World
Head for the marker located on the docks in the South Imperial District. This is a Sofia memory, so you have been warned it will not have the typical marker.

While this sounds like a more challenging mission it is not as hard as it might look. Head to the southwest from the start. Go into the alley there, run across the roof and drop to the pier below. Keep along te wall and then dive into the sea. Swim over to the marked ship and slip up onto the side.

Now it is a short waiting game. There are two guards patrolling the ship. When one above has his back turned on his compatriot, assassinate him from the opening in the railing about the middle of the ship. Now go up onto the ship and head up the stairs to the right. You will find the parcel on the left hand side. Use Eagle Sense to find the exact package. With that in hand, retrace your steps, diving into the sea and slipping out over the side.

Once you are out, head back to Sophia's bookstore.
