Once again, it is a call to Pierce to start up the mission. Head on over to the marked business. You already have the deed. When you get there you can buy this Friendly Fire for $100. If you need money, just a little wholesale slaughter should take care of it.

The next order of business is to get more of Steelport on your side. Head over to the car Pierce brought over and hop in. Turn around and take the first left. Head down a full block then turn left into the second alley. Make the first right you can from there. You will find your next target, the sex dolls, just sitting in the alley on the right. These are explained to be a collectible but also has a funny scene between the Boss and Pierce.

Hop back in the car, head out of the alley and to the left. Just cruise the short way over to the next stop, an apartment building. Again, it is only $100 to buy. This gives you your first building that will be paying you and not the Morning Stars or the Syndicate.

Next, Pierce wants you to wipe out a Gang Operation. Turn around in the car and take the first left you can, across the bridge. Bear right when you come to the intersection then go down the first alleyway on your left. Take a moment to see what is up ahead. Gang Operations can be a little difficult to wipe out. Still, charge in with your car to get a good head start. There are six people at this operation so it is easy enough to wipe out. Now you have a second Gang Operation to bust up. Head back to the main road going straight through the alleyway to the west. Make a right, so you are heading north. Make the first street right then turn into the next alleyway to find the second Gang Operation. This one is a more open space which is a little more challenging. Still a grenade or two, shotgun or an SMG will see things over quickly.

Pierce will now tell you to make for Friendly Fire. Since you own it, the Morning Stars will leave you be there since it is well protected. Head on south from where you busted up the operation. Just follow the GPS back to Friendly Fire, get inside and wait for a minute. The mission will finish.

This mission cashes out for $500, but you have a good bit more “hourly” income from the city.
