Time for more backtracking! At least there is a new route to try. Head to the grate this is in Burke's office and open it up. Head to the right and you will find yourself in another hidden security room. Check out the ebook to find a new Hugh Darrows Book, disable the cameras connected to the security hub, then jump down into the lower shaft. Take it to find yourself south of Loading Bay 1. Remember that shortcut in the second corridor south of Loading Bay 1? The one nearby the camera? Use that to easily reach Quinn's and avoid even seeing the new guards that have been posted.

Access The Morgue's Secret Elevator
Even though Quinn says it has a limited life-span battery there is no timer but the path should be pretty clear for you at this point. Head back through the same vent shaft you used to get here. Again, now head west down the corridor, turn south when you need to and return to the vent shaft that lead the secret security hub and Burke's office.

Drop down the hole in front of Burke's Office and get into the Detention Camp. Just head on forward, if you knocked out the guards in previous trips, they are still down for the count. This means you only need to worry about the second and third level of the Detention Center. Just use the tricks of shadowing the Box Guards and timing your run past the turret sentries and you will get up to the interrogation wing easily. Once there go through the Biometrics Scanner. Now simply head down into the morgue and go over to the wall beyond the corpses on the ground. There, interact with the retinal scanner to gain access to the elevator. This will take you down into the hidden part of the base that Burke has set aside.

Find Evidence To Give to Interpol
At the bottom of a somewhat long, but impressive, elevator ride, just head forward to the double doors. Inside the room beyond you will find Doctor Tiffany Kavanagh. To her right you can find a Praxis Kit in the drawer and a second Hugh Darrows book to the right of that drawer. Collect those and the trauma kit behind her, then talk with her. Go over each topic to learn more about what is going on.

Once the conversation is done, you have completed the second mission. This means you need to climb your back up into the prison and get at Burke.
