Speak with Var'soonta at the Evocii work camp to begin this mission. This is a level 5 quest.
Var'soonta: Choowahai, stranger. That's Evocii native speak for "hello". Don't get a lot of visitors who aren't backwards savages. You come to the work camp looking for laborers?
Ask him who is in charge. He tells you that nobody, really. The Hutts gave the Evocii some land to keep them quiet. Catch is, they're expected to work for it. Var'soonta deals salvage to the Evocii. Smelly work, but profitable. Most Evocii are decent, though not too bright. He introduces you to his little helper, Imot. Imot asks you if you know the Black Death who slaughters his people but Vars'oonta interrupts saying it isn't your problem. You can answer him with:
"Black Death"?
Sounds like there's trouble
No - It's yours
Ask him about the "Black Death". Is it a man or a beast? Var'soonta tells you that the Black Death is a man, and that's not his real name. Evocii call him that because he wears black when he hunts them. The Black Death kills their people for sport, Butchers women and children. He started out hunting hostile Evocii in the swamps, but now he's killing ones from the work camp, having the time of his life. Keeps their ears and teeth as trophies. Varsoonta thinks someone like you could convince this guy to quit. Tell him you will gladly do it. He says that you are looking for a vehicle out in the swamp, surrounded by security droids. The Black Death guy doesn't like visitors. You'll probably want to do something about his droids before you try talking to him.
Open your quest panel:
Trophy Hunter
Var'soonta has asked you to convince a man called "The Black Death" to stop hunting and killing Evocii. He suggests you look near the Black Death's speeder south of the Voam Evocii village. He has hunting droids protecting his speeder at all times, so be careful. Find the Black Death's speeder.
Take the road southeast of the work camp. When you reach the area where the speeder is, destroy any security droids and hunting droids guarding it. Killing one of those droids will trigger a bonus mission, "Hunting Party", which requires you to kill 6 droids. Then proceed to open the speeder's cockpit door by interacting with the Speeder Cockpit Release. The guy known as the Black Death emerges from the speeder and asks you to stop this nonsense at once. He wants you to stop blasting his droids. He is a senior administrator of Czerka Corporation.
You can tell him:
That's not what I heard
Czerka? Fascinating
I'm not impressed
Tell him you are not impressed. He can be the Queen of Naboo for all you care. But he insists you watch your tone, as he is an important man. He demands to know why you are disturbing his hunting trip. You can answer:
You're killing natives
It's about your "hobby"
Stop hunting Evocii, or else.
Choose the first option. But he thinks the Evocii are like animals and that you are some nature conservationist. He claims Evocii are no better than akk dogs, and tells you to stop pretending this is about them. He understands how things work on Hutta and will pay you handsomely to leave him in peace.
The next choice is a light vs dark conflict:
Works for me [Take Bribe] (DARK)
Stuff your credits (LIGHT)
Option #1: Accept the bribe - Dark
If you accept the bribe, you tell the hunter that it's a deal. You couldn't care less about the Evocii. This gives you 100 dark points. He gives you credits and asks you not to disturb his holiday again. You also get an item and a Hutta Commendation. The quest completes, and you do not have to return to the Evocii work camp.
Option #2: Reject bribe - Light
If you refuse the bribe, you tell him that he is bot buying his way out of this. You get 50 light points. He asks you what you want of him. You get another Dark/Light choice:
Your head [Kill him] (DARK)
Nem'ro is angry (LIGHT)
Choosing the first option, you immediately kill him and get 50 dark points. If you choose the second option instead, you will get 50 light points. You tell him that the Hutt considers the Evocii his personal property, and you're poaching them. He tells you that he had no idea that his leisure pursuits have offended the mighty Nem'ro. He is truly sorry. He will cease his holiday immediately and pack up his camp site at once. Return to Var'soonta and tell him that you have taken care of the issue, and the quest is completed.
