The Darkness 2: Vendettas Walkthrough Part 3 – No Brothers of Mine, Hostile Takeover

No Brother of Mine
Head forward toward the Paperworks. If you have Essence to spare, go to the right of the Paperworks to find the Talent Shrine. Head into the Paperworks, taking out the lights you come across, going to the left.

Head into the first hallway and deal with the pair of guards there. The Brotherhood begins to make an appearance, sending in a brawler after you. Head into the room on the right. You need to wipe out all of the Brotherhood in this room. Start on the ground floor, taking out the lights and kill the men there. When you have emptied it, head up to the metal stairway above you and finish off any survivors.

Next head to the marked elevator. Take it up to the roof and head to the right, where you saw the Brothers run. Head down the stairs and deal with the four that are there. Head forward to the left and down the stairs.

You will be back on street level. Deal with all of the Brotherhood that has swarmed the street below. Take out the lights that you can. Remember there are three on the scaffolding above you. Deal with them and everyone else.

Once they are all dead, Cedro will come out of his van. He has some Darkness armor on him so expect this to get somewhat dragged out. Focus on just unloading on him. Keep some cover between you and him so you can heal up some. Kill him then investigate his van. This will finish out the mission.

Hostile Takeover
Head down the ramp into the parking garage. Use the Talent Shrine if you have the essence for it. Head into the garage but be sure to hang to the left to keep out of the light and be sheltered from the oncoming members of the Brotherhood. Unfortunately, it seems none of the lights can be shot out in this section.. There are four in this part of the garage. So kill them and head deeper in.

In the next part of the garage, hang to the left. You will find a nice ammo cache for your use. After you receive the mysterious call, you have four to six Brothers to deal with. Now head forward and to the right. Go down the hallway and to the left.

You will encounter a number of the Brotherhood. In that anumber are two Brawlers and one with a Chain. The rest are Gunners. Kill them and head on forward past the first barrier. Turn left and you will find the generator for the light in the part of the garage you are in. After you destroy the generator, expect a Chain Brother to come at you with two Brawlers as back up. Kill them then turn around. Look at the far end of the garage. You will see a light shining straight ahead. Look at its base and to the left to find the generator powering it. Take that out then advance. Deal with the members of the Brotherhood who are in your way. Turn left at the end of this section.

Follow the garage deeper, dashing through the lighted protions. At level P3 you will encounter Graves. He will attempt to persaude you over to his side, then unleash his men on you. There are six Commandos that you need to deal with.

Once they are dead, head back to the doorway you saw Graves and head on through. Turn left and you will see the elevator open with two Gunmen inside. Kill them then head into the elevator on the right. You have some gunmen and one Lightman. Focus on the person with the light as he is right in front of you and after that kill the two gunmen flanking him. Now head to the left down the corridors.

Turn right into the next corridor and you have a good six Brothers trying to kill you. Two in the corridor in front of you from behind shelter and they have one Lightman in the far back. Deal with them as fast as you can so you can take out the one with the light. Now turn right down the corridor and deal with the rest. Just continue forward after that.

Turn left after you go through the double glass doors. As you go down this corridor you will encounter the first of the Brotherhood with a Darkness Shield. Blast it or use your special weapon to quickly remove it. Once it is gone, another strike with the special should destroy it and stun the man behind it. Kill them quickly. This one is backed up by a few gunmen so keep on your toes.

Defeat them and continue down the corridor. You will find more Brothers just around the corner with another Darkshield Brother as well. Continue down the corridor to deal with one more group of three. Unfortunately as soon as they are deal a Brawler will come through the doors behind the last gunman.

In the next room Graves taunts you. Head to the left and to the opposite side of the room. Head behind the wall with the large TV and through the double doors behind it. Go past the large fish tank and get ready for a massive fire fight.

You have a number of gunmen just shooting at you and lights coming from the back of the room. Take out the lights as best you can around just staying alive. Once you deal with the initial wave of Brothers, you have two Commandos come in after you. Deal with them to summon a Dark Shield Brother. Deal with him then it is time to head up the annoyingly well-light stairwell. At the top, destroy the door and deal with the Gunman immediately on the other side of it.

On the roof you have three of Brotherhood Gunmen waiting for you. Kill them then head up the stairs on the left. You another gunman waiting for you there with two to three more on the rooftop above. Kill them and head farther along the roof.

You will see the Helicopter taking off with Graves who sends more of the Brotherhood at you. This squard includes at least two Brawlers and three to four gunmen spread across the roof with two up on the Helipad itself. Defeat all of them to summon the second wave. This has another Brawler, one with a Chain and more Gunmen. Deal with them and the Helicopter will fly away.

As the Helicopter clears the scene, light burst will shower down. After that, comes a massive wave of Gunmen. Defeat them and the helicopter with return, with Backup. They will drop at least four Commandos down on you. Finish them off to complete the mission.
