Destroy an Atlas dropped from orbit
Note: There is an atlast battle ion the Sur'Kesh mission

Explore a lost city.

Tunnel Rat
Survive this swarm

Party Crasher
Sabotage a dreadnought

Hard Target
Call down an orbital strike

Saboteur
Disable a group of fighter squadrons

Arbiter
Win a political standoff

Last Witness
Extract ancient technology

Executioner
Defeat an old adversary

Well Connected
Send a warning across the galaxy

Fact Finder
Discover an enemy's monstrous origin

Liberator
Stop a Cerberus kidnapping

Problem Solver
Evacuate a scientific facility

Patriot
Make the final assault

Shopaholic
Visit a store in the single-player campaign

Master and Commander
Deliver most of the Galaxy at war assets to the final conflict

Lost and Found
Dispatch 10 probes to retrieve people or resources in reaper territory
Note: Go into reaper control territory,  scan planets for distress signals and launch probes. Repeat for ten different planets

Long Service Medal
Complete Mass Effect 3 twice or once with a Mass Effect Import
Note: You have two ways to get this achievement. Either use your Mass Effect 2 character and beat ME3 with it, or beat ME3 twice with a non-import character.

Insanity
Finish the game on Insanity without changing difficulty after leaving earth
Note: Changing game difficulty back to normal after leaving earth will prevent you from getting this achievement

A Personal Touch
Modify a weapon
Note: There are many mods in this game, allowing you to boost weapon stats.

Paramout
Establish or rekindle a romantic relationship

Combined Arms
Perform any combination of 50 biotic combos or tech bursts.
Note: Biotic combos are triggered by combining more than one biotic effect, such as lifting an enemy with Pull before striking them with Warp.

Focused
Evolve any of your powers to rank 6

Recruit
Kill 250 enemies
Note: You will get this one pretty fast, as soon as you kill 250 enemies

Soldier
Kill 1,000 enemies
Note: Just keep killing enemies. You can check your progress on the achievements menu

Veteran
Kill 5,000 enemies
Note: Will take a while to get this one, but keep defeating enemies and you will get this one eventually. Track your progress in the achievements menu.

Bruiser
Kill 100 enemies with melee attacks
Note: During the first missions, some enemies are very easy to kill with melee attacks

Untouchable
Escape a Reaper in the galaxy map
Note: Go to Reaper controlled systems and escape to mass relay when alertness is high.

Defender
Attain the highest level of readiness in each theater of war

Overload Specialist
Overload the shields of 100 enemies

Sky High
Lift 100 enemies off the ground with powers
Note: You can use a singularity to life multiple enemies at the same time

Pyromaniac
Set 100 enemies on fire with powers
Note: You can do a flame combo such as using Incinerate to ignite an enemy, then finish it off with Carnage.

Eye of the Hurricane
Kill a brute while it's charging you
Note: Don't let a brute get close to you, as they are pretty vicious in close range. When you see a Brute, save the game so that you can reload and try again if you fail to kill it on time.

Mail Slot
Kill 10 guardians with headshots from the front while their shields are raised
Note: Fire through the slot in their head armor.

Hijacker
Hijack an Atlas Mech
Note: This is one of the more fun achievements to get.

Giant Killer
Defeat a Harvester

Enlisted
Start a character in multiplayer or customize a character in single-player
Note: This is an easy one to get, probably the first achievement you will receive in this game.

Tour of Duty
Finish all multiplayer maps or all N7 missions in single player
Note: Choice of how to obtain this achievement, either via multiplayer or single player

Always Prepared
Obtain two noncustomizable suits of armor

Tourist
Complete one multiplayer match or two N7 missions
Note: You have a choice of how to get this trophy, either by completing a single multiplayer match, or 2 N7 missions.

Explorer
Complete three multiplayer matches or five N7 missions.
Note: Another achievement that lets you get it through either single player  or multiplayer.

Gunsmith
Upgrade any weapon to level 10

Almost There
Reach level 15 in multiplayer or level 50 in single player.

Peak Condition
Reach level 20 in multiplayer or level 60 in single-player

Battle-Scarred
Promote a multiplayer character to the Galaxy at War or import an ME3 character

Unwavering
Finish all multiplayer maps on Gold or all single-player missions on Insanity

Striker
Kill 25 enemies with melee attacks
Note: Some enemies in the first mission are very easy to kill using melee attacks

Freedom Fighter
Find all required intel to help Eden Prime's colonists
Note: Part of the "From Ashes" DLC
